Live music in the Lake Geneva area: 4th of July week 2026

There’s plenty of noise about what to do on the 4th. Fireworks, parades, boat rides. All of it is great, and we covered it.

But if what you really want is to know where the music is, every night, from now through the holiday weekend, this is your guide. We pulled the confirmed schedules from the parks, resorts, breweries, and bars across the Lake Geneva area, and there’s a lot of live music for 4th of July week 2026.

A few quick links before we start. For the fireworks, drone show, and parades, the things to do beyond the music, and a day-by-day plan for the whole weekend, we’ve got separate guides. This one is all about the music.

One note on the calendar: July 4 lands on a Saturday this year, so the big nights are Friday the 3rd and Saturday the 4th. Here’s the week, night by night.

Tuesday, June 30

The week starts at the Belfry.

Belfry Music Theatre, near Williams Bay Forjoury, a Foreigner and Journey tribute, plays at 7:00 PM. The Belfry is a small, beloved tribute-band theater on Highway 67 just outside Williams Bay, and 2026 is a strong season. Every seat is a good seat, and there’s a free Dove bar on the way out. Tickets at the Belfry.

Lake Geneva House of Music also runs its Taco Tuesday open mic and jam session most weeks, so if you play, bring an instrument. Otherwise, bring an appetite.

Wednesday, July 1

Maxwell Mansion, Lake Geneva Doghouse Roses plays the Apothecary Bar terrace, roughly 6:00 to 9:00 PM. Michal VanDyke’s band does classic rock and country, and they know how to read a room. The Apothecary is one of the more interesting spots in town, and it’s open to the public. Schedule at Maxwell Mansion.

Belfry Music Theatre, near Williams Bay The Brothers Doobie, a Doobie Brothers tribute, takes the stage at 7:00 PM. Tickets at the Belfry.

Around town, Lake City Social runs its midweek live music on the patio, and House of Bogini does a Wednesday ladies night with live music and small plates starting at 6:00 PM. Call ahead to confirm who’s playing.

The Love Monkeys play from 6:30 to 9:30 PM, with a beer tent, a brat and burger bash, a kid zone, and a laser light show on the water tower to close. Free. It’s part of Delavan’s 10-day celebration: full schedule here.
