Halloween Saturday is the night. Geneva Lake Distilling has its Halloween Party with The League of Erics from 5 to 9 PM, free. Harpoon Willie’s in Williams Bay adds a bonus Halloween show with Duo Sonic, 9 PM to midnight. Mars Resort has Steve Trevino of Infinite Journey playing Journey both Friday and Saturday.
Daytime Saturday, Burlington’s Spooky City has music on 4 stages from 11 to 5, all free. The Belfry is dark this weekend: the Cars tribute was postponed.
Tuesday through Thursday is the usual quiet stretch. Grand Geneva’s Lobby Bar Tuesday and Wednesday, Pier 290 Wednesday and Thursday, then Mars Resort and Harpoon Willie’s on Thursday.

Every bar with a stage knows Halloween is on a Saturday this year. So the calendar has more Saturday sets than any week since Oktoberfest, and about half of them come with a costume contest.
The free ones cluster in Williams Bay, Lake Como and out on Sheridan Springs Road. The ticketed one is a masquerade at Lake Lawn.

Yes. On Saturday, October 31, Angela Puerta plays the Loop Stage from 11 AM to noon and her trio returns from 1 to 2 PM. The Runaway plays the beer tent from 11 to 5, Sunset Girl plays Low Daily’s beer garden from 1 to 4, and street performers work Pine Street from 11 to noon. All of it is free.
